We are still sending parcels three times a week as usual. However Auspost are currently experiencing delays particularly with standard shipping so we suggest selecting express post for time sensitive orders.

The Flora tokens and chains are solid sterling silver so they are made to last. This means they are fine to wear all the time.
Keep in mind some chemicals in beauty products can react with silver and tarnish it, but this can be cleaned off with a silver polishing cloth.
When not wearing your necklace we recommend keeping it in its original box to prevent tarnish.

Absolutely!!! All our pieces are wrapped beautifully and ready to gift, whether you are spoiling yourself or a loved one.
At checkout you have the option of selecting a different shipping address to your own billing address…just pop the details in there.
We LOVE writing out your little love notes, so pop what you’d like us to write in the ‘add handwritten gift message’ section before adding to cart. Just keep it short and sweet – 120 characters max.

We ship every Monday, Wednesday & Friday, so your order will be sent on the closest shipping day after you place your order.
Orders that include a backordered piece will take 2-3 business days for us to hand-make and ship to you. If ordering multiple items they will be sent together, not split.

We don’t offer engraving on the back of our tokens. The back is smooth and flat though and can be engraved by someone else if you choose. We will not accept return or exchanges of any piece that has been altered in this way.

To ensure your tokens are not lost or damaged, we do not sell silver tokens by themselves. We use the highest quality chain to keep your beauties in top condition.

We understand solid gold pieces are an investment, so when ordering a gold or rose gold token you have the choice to order these with a gold chain, a silver chain or no chain. Please make sure your own chains are very secure, we cannot take responsibility for lost tokens that have been added to your own chains.
